Y’all, I think a little part of me hoped I’d at least get shortlisted for my first Reedsy contest. I didn’t, but there’s always next week!

Anyway, I found a neat literary magazine called “The Mersey Review” that I decided to submit to. I shortened “The Good Dream No Woman Wants” to less than 750 words (a rough cut). I’m not sure if I meet the guidlelines because my story is a different version of one already “published,” but I guess we’ll see!

Still haven’t heard anything from Killer Nashville, but I never really expected to. My literary magazine submissions are kind of a shot in the dark.
